Enrollment

Who can attend the events?

All BCC members are most welcome to participate in the events that are for their target group. 

Some naturally have age restrictions, so that those above or below this age cannot sign up. 

Am I registered?

If you are registered, you should receive an order confirmation to the email registered in the member database. 

You can also see that you are registered by clicking on the ticket link on the event page or by going to checkin.bcc.noIf you do not have a ticket, you are not registered. 

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your tickets below checkin.bcc.no

My registration was cancelled

Your registration will be canceled if payment is not made within a short time after the registration has been attempted. You must therefore complete a new registration if you wish to register. 

Can I register after the deadline?

If it is possible to register after the deadline, a fee for late registration may apply. There is also a limited number of follow-up notifications after the deadline

In cases where it is not possible to register via our event page after the deadline, registration is closed. 

Can I get the money back if I don't come?

We refer to the terms and conditions of sale you confirmed when registering. You can find these here

A cancellation does not give grounds for a refund. 

I want to move my registration to another event

A transfer of registration is a cancellation and registration for two different events. There is therefore no basis for a refund in case of cancellation, and registration for a new event against a participant payment can only take place if the event is open for registration. 

Can I sell my ticket?

Tickets purchased by BCC are personal unless otherwise stated. 

Tickets will be possible to transfer to another, as long as the owner of the ticket agrees to the exchange and it can be documented that the exchange has been approved by the ticket owner. The new ticket owner must be a BCC member.

Settlement of payment shall not be the responsibility of BCC and is therefore done privately.

Where can I find the dates for next year's events?

Provisional dates for next year's events can be found at event.bcc.no. Here are the dates for both BCC conventions and BUK camps. 

I come from a country with a discount agreement, where can I find information?
