Various organizations in the association will have their own program of meetings and workshops these weekends, and everyone who works voluntarily within specific projects for these organizations will be sent an invitation directly.

All the volunteers who are invited will participate in a tailored program based on what the organization wants to do this weekend, this includes committee work, professional group work, annual report work, music courses, and the development of conventions and camps.

Registration deadline for invited participants: February 3.
The ticket will be visible in the Event app February 12. 

Accommodation
Every participant must book a suite at Oslofjord themselves through my.samvirk.com. These days are not counted as use of own convention days, but as holiday days. The price for booking varies according to the various suite categories.
