Declaration of consent

Jeg bekrefter herved at BCC Media kan bruke mitt bilde, enten det er av meg eller mitt barn, i BCC Medias produksjoner, herunder spesifikt sendinger fra BCC Brødrestevnet 2021. Det kan inngå i selve produksjonene, eller i promotering av disse.

 

I hereby confirm that I am aware that BCC Media's productions can be distributed and published on several different internal platforms for BCC, both on online TV (Video on demand and live) and in apps. This content is also distributed and available outside the EEA/EU area.

 

I am also aware of the following information: BCC Media is the controller of personal data. The privacy policy in its entirety can be read here https://bcc.media/personvern/.

 

BCC Media does not name children who participate in the productions with their last names, only their first names. This is unless you have made this information known yourself, for example by writing your name on the picture you send us for use in our productions. This is then at your own risk.

 

Adults who are only spectators/general participants are not named. However, adult participants with a role in the production are named with their first and last name, when they are involved beyond just being a spectator/general participant. However, card participants are not named. For images/videos/text submitted via the app, however, your full name and local congregation will be visible on the broadcast.

 

We would like to point out that participation in BCC Media's productions may make outsiders aware that you or your children are members of BCC, by being identifiable in BCC Media's productions.

 

Your image will be used and stored as long as the relevant productions are considered relevant to BCC Media's business.
